Returns
Eligibility
- Items may be returned within 15 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- For hygiene and safety, the following cannot be returned:
- Bodysuits
- Swimwear
- Intimates
- Accessories (unless defective)
- Final sale items

- All custom, handmade, or made-to-order items are final sale.
- Clearance or marked-down items are also final sale.
Refunds
Refund Options
- Approved returns will be refunded as:
- Store credit, or
- Original payment method (minus shipping costs) — if applicable by your preference.

Processing Time
- Please allow 3–5 business days for inspection once your return is received.
- After approval, refunds typically process within 3–7 business days.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer automatic exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
