At Trésor Threads, we want every customer to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

 

Returns


Eligibility

  • Items may be returned within 15 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • For hygiene and safety, the following cannot be returned:
    • Bodysuits
    • Swimwear
    • Intimates
    • Accessories (unless defective)
    • Final sale items


Non-Returnable Items

  • All custom, handmade, or made-to-order items are final sale.
  • Clearance or marked-down items are also final sale.

 


Refunds

 


Refund Options

  • Approved returns will be refunded as:
    • Store credit, or
    • Original payment method (minus shipping costs) — if applicable by your preference.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Processing Time

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for inspection once your return is received.
  • After approval, refunds typically process within 3–7 business days.


 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer automatic exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.


 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

 

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
